My friend Becky at yogaglamgirl tagged me to reveal “5 things you don’t know about me” – some of you may already know a few of these. Here goes:

1) I was an extra (a dancer) in a Luke Perry movie that was only released in Italy

2) One of my self-motivation tactics is to conduct interviews with myself out loud

3) When I was 13, I worked picking tobacco and was periodically locked in the port-o-potty by a group of hateful girls — my mother gave me a perfumed hanky for such occasions

4) My grandest dream is to write a series of books and adapt them to the big screen a la J.K. Rowling

5) I swam the Blue Grotto and almost died
